MEANING

I found out that I’m autistic only a year ago. All my life I’ve been wearing masks, and they started hurting my face, because I’ve outgrown them. The “scare them away”, “Pleaser”, and “Avoidant Victim”. I choose to let go of them all.

My art is centered on the experience of being a human on Earth, experiencing emotions, enduring suffering, gaining knowledge, finding joy, and occasionally causing harm to others and yourself. Many of us come from broken homes, carrying the weight of trauma and anguish. But at the end of the day, the most important thing is how one chooses to handle their story - by turning it into something beautiful or by succumbing to self-destruction and despair.
