Refunds policy

If your order is lost or damaged, we offer a repair/replacement.

If your piece is damaged or your package is missing an item, please contact us via e-mail. Damaged items must be emailed within 3 days of receiving with the receipt and photos attached to kidsaint.world@gmail.com . If not reported within 3 days, we cannot issue replacements. In unlike cases where there’s our fault in the damage of the item, the customer can send the item back for a repair. We will bear the cost of the shipping.

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days in exchange for a replacement or a store credit minus any shipping/fee cost we have incurred. ANY item that is returned must be unused.

We DO NOT accept refunds in the case size is wrong, for we always include the measurements in the description of every product.

By the law, This rule doesn’t apply to the personalized goods made to order. On made to order products, all sales are final.

The right to cancel does not apply to consumers, who are no nationals of a member state of the European Union at the time of concluding the contract and whose exclusive domicile and delivery address were located outside of the European Union at the time of concluding.

We’re not responsible for the shipping charges in case of the return. If you want to return the item after you’ve received it, you must pay for the shipping back.

The piece I received is damaged

We always make sure to create with love and care. Damaged items must be emailed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached to kidsaint.world@gmail.com . If not reported within 3 days, we cannot issue replacements. We are not responsible for normal wear. If you're experiencing any other issues with your order, please contact us via e-mail kidsaint.world@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and the packing slip and we'll make sure you're satisfied.

My package is missing an item

If your order includes items that were out of stock, we'll make a full refund for the items not in stock and ship the rest of your order.

Should I pay taxes?

We always make sure you pay less, but custom policies vary from country to country and we do not have any control over them. If you are required to pay import or duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

Exchange rates

The order or refund is generated in EU Euros. KINTOY is not responsible for difference in exchange rates from when an order is placed, the payment is processed, or when a refund is processed.

Price changes

We have the right to change the prices of our products at any time.

Incorrect shipping info

Please e-mail us ASAP via kintoy.art@gmail.com attaching your order info and the updated shipping address.

If the order is already shipped, please contact your local shipping provider and ask them to update the shipping address.

Can I cancel the order?

You cannot. All sales are final.

I'd like to change an item/size

Usually our pieces are 1of1 and cannot be changed by size or any other category. But if you see the possibility of the change in the item description, please contact us via e-mail with your order info.

We usually ship all the orders in 5-7 working days and provide you with the tracking number asap.

Tracking info states my package was delivered but I've never received it

If you didn't receive the item, we offer the refund/ send the parcel again after the shipping provider sends the item back to us and we receive it. If the item's lost, stuck or stolen, concerns about your order after it's shipped should be made to the carrier directly.

KINTOY is not responsible for the shipping rates and VAT fees. The fee vary from country to country and cannot be determined in advance. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any customs and fees that may occur.

I do not sell your personal information

1. Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, if you contact me directly.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:


My Shop. I share information with Shopify as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under EU Law.


Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.


Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
